Magnesium is a powerful mineral that roughly 75% of americans are deficient in that is used in the body to relax muscles, sleep, and calm the nervous system. I have created 2 variations. The first is Lavender & Frankinscense essential oils that promote healthy skin as well as relaxing aromatherapy. The second is Muscle Rub that includes peppermint and lavender essential oils as well as menthol to create a natural, hydrating "bio freeze" to help with all the sore muscles associated with pregnancy, postpartum, and nursing. I have been using one or both of these products nightly through my 3rd trimester and can see a huge difference in my sleep if I skip it for the night! 
 
Top to bottom cream is my pride and joy creation. I created this blend of ingredients to initially fix a horrific diaper rash issue we were having in our household. I researched all of the top ingredients found in the most healing creams and just combined them without any of the extra fillers. This cream is a must have in my mind for pregnancy and postpartum for stretch marks, sore nipples, nipple lubricant when pumping, diaper cream, and all over moisturizer for both mom and baby.
 
Lip balm is a staple for most hospital bags for labor & delivery. Nursing also dehydrates you and I find myself using lip balm more than normal. Our lip balms feature shea butter, hemp seed oil, vitamin e, and aloe oil to make the best moisturizing lipbalm you can find!
