Orders

I do my best to have all orders packed and on their way within 5 business days. JML Soaps is a one-person business, and I’m also juggling a full farm and family, so processing times can occasionally vary a little.

If your order contains a pre-ordered product, please allow up to 2 weeks for your entire order to ship. Orders are shipped together once all pre-order items are ready.

Thank you for your patience and for supporting a small, handmade business—it truly allows me to keep making each order with care!

Shipping

We do our best to get your new products shipped as safely to you as possible! Our soap is shipped in plastic baggies to ensure if the package gets wet your soaps are safe! Make sure to remove the soap from the baggie upon arrival

We also offer free shipping in bulk orders to Marshalltown, IA when we are traveling to and from family. We will keep dates available for bulk orders on the main page of our website.

Returns

Returns will be considered on a case-to-case basis. Contact us if you have any problems with your order!

Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you have two options:

• I can refund your order, minus the 5% refund fee I am charged, or
• I can send you a $5 invoice to reship your package to the correct address.

Once the reshipping invoice is paid and I have the correct address, I’ll get your package headed back your way!
