Benefits of Dryer Balls
Reduce drying time
Dryer balls can reduce your dry time by 20% by separating the laundry which improves the air circulation- especially with large bedding that tends to twist up on itself.
Reduce static
Dryer balls prevent laundry from rubbing together during the drying cycle, which can reduce static shocks.
Soften clothes
The balls bouncing around the clothes will "fluff" them and loosen the fibers
Reduce lint
Clothes create lint by rubbing together and pulling fibers from each other- which is reduced with theuse of dryer balls
Wool or Alpaca?
wool balls
alpaca balls
Alpaca, unlike wool, is considered hypoallergenic. Each dryer ball is about 2-3″ in diameter and weighs between 2.5-3 ounces. They are made of 100% felted alpaca fiber with no fillers and are processed without the use of harsh chemicals. Every set of dryer balls comes with a knit drawstring storage bag and usage tip sheet.
How many should I use at a time?
It is recomended to use 4 at a time
Adding Scent
For scent add a few drops of essential oil to each ball every couple loads
How long do they last?
YEARS! Your dryer balls will look more worn overtime- but even if they start to lose shape they are still benefiting your laundry
End of life disposal
Natural dryer balls are compostable!
